Photographer Kenna Kroge captures the warm glow and playful intimacy of ĂN CỖ Vol. VII: Island Sunsets, a five-course Vietnamese tasting by chef and culinary artist Thu Pham Buser. Hosted at the WSA Test Kitchen, the evening unfolded as a sensory journey through Vietnam’s coastal islands through an eclectic tasting menu of rare regional delicacies infused with briny, smoky, and tropical flavors, and paired with vibrant cocktails. Each dish was a love letter to Thu and her partner Taylor’s story, told through food, laughter, and hint of seamoss (definitely not smuggled from Vietnam, *wink).
